Laboratory of Animal Breeding and Husbandry, AUTH
The Laboratory has undertaken the recording of the management practices in the collaborating dairy cow farms, the development of a unified management and ration protocol for the fattening of black and white calves, the evaluation of the fattening method and the quality of the meat produced and the creation of a project database. It also contributes to market research on the commerciality of the meat produced and the dissemination of the results.
